OLGA presents awareness raising workshops to health and social care providers, and other service providers on the issues surrounding being lesbian, guy, bisexual, trans and receiving social and health care.

The Forum organises a wide range of training aimed at voluntary and community organisations and their trustees, staff and volunteers. The training programme offers a mix of high-quality, value-for-money sessions at training venues across York and North Yorkshire. Three programmes are organised each year – Spring, Summer and Autumn.
