Customer Service Award (2 day course)

Ideal for people employed or seeking employment in retail, reception/administration, schools and playgroups, hotels, cafes, museums, parks, leisure industries.

Offered in Kirkymoorside on 21 and 28 April 9.30 - 2.00pm in the library.

Offered in Pickering on 9 and 16 June 9.30 - 2.00pm at the Adult Learning Centre.

Cost:  £33.00 or £15 if unemployed.

The Forum organises a wide range of training aimed at voluntary and community organisations and their trustees, staff and volunteers. The training programme offers a mix of high-quality, value-for-money sessions at training venues across York and North Yorkshire. Three programmes are organised each year – Spring, Summer and Autumn.
