What is Telephone Counselling?
- Telephone counselling is similar to face to face counselling but is done over the telephone for people who find it difficult to meet in person.
- Counselling offers an opportunity for you to talk about and try to understand your difficulties.
- Counselling is confidential.
- Counselling is about finding ways to help you to help yourself.
- Appointments will be pre-arranged with a Counsellor.
