Community House Meeting Room

Voluntary and community groups can hire out the Community House Meeting Room, and the current charges are as follows:

Per session = morning (9am - 1pm), afternoon (1pm - 5pm) or evening (5pm - 9pm)

Large Downstairs Meeting Room

£10.00 per session for self-help / support groups

£22.00 per session for voluntary & non-profit organisations

£40.00 per session for statutory agencies

The room is equipped with wireless internet, a hearing loop and is fully accessible. 

Principal Terms and Conditions

  • All bookings are payable in advance, or invoiced monthly by prior negotiation.
  • All bookings permit the use of kitchens and toilets.  Users must provide their own refreshments.
  • Tables must be replaced in the trolley after use.
  • Chairs must be stacked and left against the wall after use.
  • A no-smoking policy applies in the building.

*Self-help / Support groups must fit the following criteria: - 1. they have no paid employees, 2. they receive no grant aid
